1. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all personal and health information provided (including contact details and medical status) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to update GetWetFit™ & Co. regarding any changes before attending any session.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Applicable Laws

By participating, you accept these Terms and all applicable Indian laws without limitation or qualification. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• All fees are applicable per session or package and are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Cancellations or failure to attend (no-shows) will incur full charges. You are solely responsible for missed sessions, including for reasons of illness or emergencies.
• GetWetFit™ & Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, venue constraints, instructor unavailability). In such cases, rescheduling will be offered. No additional compensation or interest will be provided.

4. Health and Fitness Declaration

We prioritize your security:

You declare that you are mentally and physically fit to participate and have no medical condition (e.g., heart issues, epilepsy, pregnancy, mobility limitations) that could put you or others at risk.

If such conditions exist, you are responsible for disclosing them. You assume full responsibility for your fitness and the suitability of the venue.

5. Risk Awareness and Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that:

• All risks and benefits of the activity have been explained in your vernacular language.
• You participate willingly and at your own risk, without force, coercion, or pressure.
• GetWetFit™ & Co. will not be liable for any injury, mishap, death, or loss/damage to personal belongings during or after the session.

6. Rules and Safety Compliance

You agree to:

• Abide by all rules, regulations, and safety instructions explained before and during the session.
• Follow all safety protocols implemented by the company and its representatives.

7. Use of Equipment

Any equipment or accessories provided remain the property of GetWetFit™ & Co. You are authorized to use them only during sessions and are expected to handle them with care.

8. Confidentiality and Competition

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality regarding business practices, training methods, and proprietary information.
• Avoid participation in or initiation of any competing business activity.

9. Rescheduling Rights

GetWetFit™ & Co. reserves the right to reschedule any session due to unavoidable events without prior approval from clients.

10. Session Cancellations

In the event a session is canceled by the company due to unavoidable reasons, the amount paid will be refunded, without interest or additional charges.

11. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Maintain respectful and professional behavior toward all clients, trainers, staff, and management.
• Report disputes or concerns directly to the management, without resorting to inappropriate conduct or legal interference.

12. Promotion of Brand Reputation

You commit to promoting the goodwill and business reputation of GetWetFit™ & Co. in a positive and professional manner.

13. Right of Admission

GetWetFit™ & Co. reserves the right to admit or deny service to any individual based on health, safety, behavioral, or any other reasonable concerns.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the GetWetFit™ & Co. website, including text, images, logos, session formats, and branding, is the >intellectual property of the company and cannot be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.

15. Digital Access and Account Use

If users create an account via the website or app:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• GetWetFit™ & Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability
