Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Client-Initiated Cancellations
- GetWetFit™ & Co. does not provide refunds for any session canceled by the client, regardless of the reason (medical or personal).
- This applies to both individual session bookings and those under monthly package plans.
- Communicate session updates, scheduling information, or support-related messages.
2. Refunds for Company-Initiated Cancellations
- If a session is canceled by GetWetFit™ & Co. for operational reasons, clients will be offered a rescheduled session , but no monetary refund will be issued.
3. Refunds for Weather/Natural Event Cancellations
- Sessions canceled due to uncontrollable natural circumstances will be rescheduled within a mutually agreed time frame (5–20 days).
- No refunds will be issued in these cases.
- In select cases, indoor alternatives may be offered if feasible.
4. General Terms
- All disputes or refund-related concerns must be submitted within 7 days of the original session date by emailing hello@getwetfit.com.
- Each case will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 5 business days.
- GetWetFit™ & Co. reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on the website and app and are effective immediately upon posting.
