Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellations by Clients
  • If a client cancels a FLAABH™—Fitness or Heal On Water session due to medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances (such as bereavement or travel disruptions), the session will be forfeited.
  • No rescheduling or credit will be offered for cancellations initiated by the client.
  • For clients on monthly packages, any unused sessions will not be carried forward beyond the 45-day package validity period.

2. Cancellations by GetWetFit™ & Co.
  • Sessions may be cancelled due to operational issues such as:
    • Trainer unavailability
    • Pool or facility maintenance
    • Other logistical or administrative reasons
  • Clients will be informed at least 1 hour in advance via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • In such cases, a rescheduled session will be arranged after discussion with the client. No refunds will be provided.

3. Cancellations Due to Weather or Natural Events
  • Sessions may be canceled due to:
    • Adverse weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms)
    • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
  • Clients will be notified at least 2 hours in advance via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or call.
  • These sessions will be rescheduled within 5–20 days based on mutual convenience.

4. No-Show Policy
  • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will be considered a no-show.
  • No refunds, reschedules, or credits will be offered in such cases.
